Many of the valuable items including the flag, school log-book, all the hallway photographs and copies of all assemblies videoed since the mid 1990s will be stored in the City Archive and can be viewed by appointment. The stairway murals and timeline we hope will be relocated in the Scout Hall at St. Andrew's Church, Clermiston View. The fox logo located in the hall and the stained-glass Millenniumn windows we hope will be relocated in the new care home to be built on the site of the school. It is hoped that the memorial trees planted in memory of the sixteen children and one teacher killed at Dunblane Primary will be retained and the brass plaque marking this will be incorporated into the new care home. Finally, the friendship bench is to be relocated to Corstorphine Cemetry (next to the school) for use by visitors.
Also, just a quick note to say that whilst we welcomed all your supportive comments on our guestbook, please do not add any more as there is no one available to check and approve them for publication.
On behalf of everyone here at Drumbrae, ALL THE VERY BEST.
